Zuni Twin Bear Fetishes

Bear - Guardian Fetish of the west Represents strength & power, introspection, healing and the spiritual journey

These stunning hand carved Twin Bear Fetishes were made by Zuni Artist Ed Lemontino. It’s made out of ricolite, which I've never heard of, but it's just lovely. The colors are very earthy and warm and include varying golden browns and light green. They are held together with sinew, white heishi shell and 2 tiny turquoise stones for that pop of blue.

weight: about 92 grams on my scale.
It’s signed on ED the bottom (and for some reason that cracks me up). They measure together, 2 1/2" long by about 1” tall and 1” deep I placed a quarter there for scale.
