Large Sterling Silver Repousse Ring sz 8

This is really good looking heavy gauge Navajo made Sterling Silver ring, size 8. It features repousse work, which is a decorative technique of raising a pattern on the silver. The sterling silver has been oxidized.

Oxidation is a chemical process which tarnishes the surface of a metal leaving a lovely patina finish. Sterling Silver Oxidizes to black and looks fantastic in Native American Jewelry and gives it a great vintage look.

It's marked sterling and signed Emerson inside the band.
It measures 1 1/2" tall by 1" at it's widest point.
It has a sturdy single shank band.
