Gorgeous bracelet by Navajo artist Darrell Cadman.
Darrell Cadman was born in Gallup, New Mexico in 1969. He began his career in silversmithing in 1992. He is a brother of Andy Cadman and half-brother to Gary, David, and Sunshine Reeves, well-known silversmiths. He signs his work D. Cadman.
This bracelet has a beautiful turquoise stone that is a lighter blue with darker blue and a bit of almost red matrix. The Blue looks much better in person. The stone sets in a smooth bezel and is surrounded by twisted silver roping. There's a lot of silver work and stamping detail on this cuff, please refer to pictures.
I took a lot of pictures below so you can really see what you’re getting.
It fits me pretty well and I have a 6 1/2" wrist.
It's marked sterling and signed. It measures just over 5/8" tall in the front
and tapers down to 3/8" at the ends The stone is 5/8" tall by 1/2"" wide
It has an inside of approx
5 1/2" with a somewhat flexible wrist gap of 1"
It has a diameter of 2 3/8"
Weight: 25 grams on my scale.
I placed a quarter there for scale.
Sure to make a Fine addition to any collection, or a great gift! Please note: Pictures are enlarged to show detail, remember everything looks bigger on line :)
