This is a great Native American made lighter case. It fits a regular bic lighter. It has 3 very blue turquoise nuggets. There's applied silver leaves, curls and a silver flower. Please ignore all the glare these are hard to photograph.

weight: approx 21 grams on my scale.
It's made of nickel for strength. It measures 2 3/4" tall. Although new it could us a polish. I placed a quarter there for scale.

Lighter cases will vary slightly from pictures but they are pretty much all the same.
