Boulder Turquoise ring sz 7.25

This wonderful ring made by Navajo Artist and silversmith Mary Ann Spencer. it's a size 7 1/4. I was very pleased to find several of her pieces. Picture and bio below.

The domed Boulder Turquoise stone has light to deep dark golden browns with bright blue turquoise. The stone sets in a smooth bezel with applied silver raindrop beads and stamp work around the border.

It measures just over 1" tall by 7/8" at it's widest point
weight: 11.4 grams on my scale.
It's marked sterling and signed M Spencer
I placed a quarter there for scale.

MARY ANN SPENCER

Mary Ann Spencer is a master silversmith. She was born in Gallup, New Mexico and began making jewelry when she was 13 years old. Growing up on the Navajo reservation Mary Ann learned how to incorporate new designs with older and more traditional styles. For this reason she can create a variety of fine and exquisite hand made works of art. Her pieces are stamped with her hallmark M Spencer.
