Marble Frog Fetish Zuni

Frog - Bringer of rain, fertility, abundance

I think this is made of Picasso marble, but I'm not sure.

This Frog Fetish seems to be gently smiling and was hand carved by Zuni Artist Freddie Leekya. It has wonderful popped turquoise eyes as well as button like turquoise inlays. The colors on the stone range from golden browns to light grays.

It stands about 1 1/4" at it's tallest point by about 2" long and is 1 1/4" deep.

It’s signed on the bottom,
Weight: 62 grams on my scale.
I placed a quarter there for scale.
