Description

Navajo Dreamcatcher 4"

This is a 4 inch Navajo made Dream Catcher. It has beautiful lighter brown leather with blue beads hanging with the domestic duck feathers. The sinew or twine netting has one small turquoise bead.

This can be used as decoration almost anywhere! More on the Dreamcatchers below.

The hoop part is 4" tall and wide and overall it's about 10" long.

Included with Dream Catcher is a Certificate of Authenticity with the Artists name.

* From Wikipedia
"While dream catchers originated in the Ojibwa Nation, during the Pan Indian Movement of the 1960s and 1970s they were adopted by Native Americans of a number of different Nations. Some consider the dream catcher a symbol of unity among the various Indian Nations, and a general symbol of identification with Native American or First Nations cultures. However, other Native Americans have come to see dream catchers as over-commercialized."
I placed a quarter there for scale.

Sure to make a Fine addition to any collection, or a great gift!

Please note: Pictures are enlarged to show detail, remember everything looks bigger on line :)
