This design incorporates Ancient Mammoth Tooth.
The mammoth roamed the earth for 1.8 million years, until it's extinction
about 10,000 years ago. Unearthed in Northern Alaska, Canada
and Siberia, it's unique colors are derived from the minerals found in the soil.
That's so cool.
This Bear pendant was created by Navajo Artist Lyle Piaso. The Mammoth tooth Stone
is nicely polished and has beautiful colors of muted red cloud like gray and a bit of black and a hint of amber.
It comes with a nice 18" sterling silver chain.
Bear - Represents strength & power, introspection, healing and the spiritual journey
It's marked sterling and signed.
Over all it's 1" tall by almost 7/8" at it's widest point.
Weight: 4.8 grams on my scale.
I placed a quarter there for scale
