This 25" long Eyeglass chain was created by Santo Dominog (Kewa) Artist Ramona Bird.
It has fine peachy colored Melon Shell heishi accented with blue turquoise.
These are terrific if you're always wondering where your glasses are.
Weight: 9.9 grams on my scale
I placed a quarter there for scale.
The literal meaning of heishi is shell and specifically refers to hand cut pieces of shell
which have been drilled and ground into beads and then strung into necklaces.
