This design incorporates Ancient Mammoth Tooth.
The mammoth roamed the earth for 1.8 million years, until it's extinction
about 10,000 years ago. Unearthed in Northern Alaska, Canada
and Siberia, it's unique colors are derived from the minerals found in the soil.
That's so cool.
This bracelet was created by Navajo Artist Murphy Platero. The Mammoth tooth Stone
is polished to a nice shine and has various blues, cloud like gray, almost amber and beige.
The stone sets in a smooth sterling silver bezel and I love the artist's signature open curvy wire cuff.
It's marked sterling and MP
It's 7/8" tall in the front.
The stone is 7/8" by 1/2" wide.
It has an inside of 5 1/2" blu a gap of 1".
It can be carefully adjusted to fit
Weight: 20.8 grams on my scale.
I placed a quarter there for scale
